From the start of our building process every person that we have dealt with has been extremely helpful, patient, professional and efficient. Dean and Anette are our Design Consultants and have continued to assist us in planning our perfect home plus anything else we have needed along the way! Peter Stannard personally introduced himself and took the time to talk to us about our home. We highly recommend Stannard Homes for building your perfect home. Would not build with anyone else!

Building our second home with Stannard Homes and could not fault the service. Quality of workmanship far exceeds the industry average. The design team are very experienced and are able to walk you through council, structural and siteworks issues from the outset to ensure there are no hidden surprises. Given it is a family company you get to meet the whole team and can see why they have been around for so long, there is no cost-cutting or short cuts taken and while you don't get the cheapest build you get a high-quality product for a fair price. So far our build is 2 months ahead of schedule.
