The design team are very experienced and are able to walk you through council, structural and siteworks issues from the outset to ensure there are no hidden surprises.
Given it is a family company you get to meet the whole team and can see why they have been around for so long, there is no cost-cutting or short cuts taken and while you don't get the cheapest build you get a high-quality product for a fair price. So far our build is 2 months ahead of schedule.
